That the appointment of Margaret Misek-Evans as Secretary and Ellen Preuschat as Recording Secretary for the Tecumseh Police Services Board be reconfirmed for the period of February 15, 2024 to March 31, 2024.

That Christopher Hales be appointed as Chair of the Tecumseh Police Services Board for the period of February 15, 2024 to March 31, 2024.

That Paul Sweet be appointed as Vice Chair of the Police Services Board for the Town of Tecumseh for the period of February 15, 2024 to March 31, 2024.

That the Agenda for the Police Services Board Meeting, dated Thursday, February 15, 2024, as duplicated and delivered to the members thereof, be accepted .

McNamara That the Regular Minutes of the December 4, 2023 Police Services Board Meeting, as duplicated and delivered to the members thereof, be adopted .

Sweet That the OPP Report for the months of November and December 2023 be received .

That Report PWES-2024-23 entitled "Traffic Radar Speed Survey for 2023" be received .

That correspondence detailed as Items 1-2, Communications for Information, be received .

McNamara That attendance at the 2024 Ontario Association of Police Services Boards (OAPSB) Spring Conference and Annual General Meeting to be held June 3-5, 2024 in Blue Mountain, ON by Tecumseh's Council and Community representative s to the Essex County D etachment B oard North (effective April 1, 2024 ) and administrative staff be approved, in accordance with the Town of Tecumseh Travel Policy, Professional Development Policy and 2024 PSB budget. And that sponsorship of the 2024 OAPSB Spring Conference and AGM in amount of $300 be approved, in accordance with the 2024 PSB budget.
