That the Agenda for the Essex County OPP Detachment Board - North Meeting dated Monday, September 15, 2025, as duplicated and delivered to the members thereof, be accepted .

That a letter be provided by the Essex County OPP Detachment Board – North (Lakeshore, Essex, Tecumseh) to the Ontario Search and Rescue Volunteer Association in support of establishing a local chapter in Windsor-Essex.

That the information provided and detailed as Items 1 and 2, Delegations, be received .

That the OPP Reports for the months of May, June, July, and August 2025 be received .

That Report No. ECODB-2025-04 Detachment Board Annual Report 2024 be received; And that the Detachment Board Annual Report 2024 be presented by Essex County OPP Detachment Commander Superintendent Mark Loucas to municipal councils for the Municipality of Lakeshore, the Town of Essex, and the Town of Tecumseh.

That correspondence detailed as Items 1 through 4, Communications for Information, be received .

That Report No. ECODB-2025-05 Board Policy 03/25 – Detachment Commander Performance Feedback be received; And that Board Policy 03/25 – Detachment Commander Performance Feedback as presented at the September 15, 2025 board meeting be adopted .

That information provided and detailed as Items 2 and 3, New Business, be received .
