That the March 8, 2022 minutes of the Regular Council meeting and the March 8, 2022 minutes of the Public Council meeting, as were duplicated and delivered to the members, be adopted .

That the supplementary items added to the Regular Meeting agenda regarding the Delegation of the Greater Essex County District School Board and By-Law 2022-016, be approved

That Report DS-2022-11 entitled " Site Plan Control - Greater Essex County District School Board - 13800 Tecumseh Road" be brought forward on the Agenda for consideration and discussion.

That a by-law authorizing the execution of the “Greater Essex County District School Board” site plan control agreement, satisfactory in form to the Town’s Solicitor, which allows for the development of a two-storey elementary school and associated outdoor recreation areas, parking, landscaping and on-site services/works on a 2.33 hectare (5.75 acre) parcel of land situated on the north side of Tecumseh Road, approximately 60 metres (200 feet) west of its intersection with Arlington Boulevard (13800 Tecumseh Road), be adopted , subject to the following occurring prior to the Town’s execution of the Agreement: final stormwater management design and stormwater management calculations, and associated site service drawings being approved by the Town; the Owner executing the site plan control agreement; and the Owner posting security for performance pursuant to paragraph 6.1 of the agreement; And that the execution of such further documents as are called for by the site plan control agreement approved above including, but not limited to, the execution of the acknowledgement/direction required to register the site plan control agreement on title to the lands and such other acknowledgements/ directions for any related transfers or real property registrations contemplated by the site plan control agreement, by the Mayor and Clerk and minor modifications as the Director Development Services may approve as necessary and appropriate upon conferring with the Town’s Solicitor, be authoriz

That Communications - For Information 1 through 8 as listed on the Tuesday, March 22, 2022 Regular Council Agenda, be received .

That the December 8, 2022 minutes of the Rural Broadband Advisory Committee, as were duplicated and delivered to the members, be adopted .

That the Tuesday, March 8, 2022 minutes of the Court of Revision as were duplicated and delivered to the members, be adopted .

That Report DS-2022-10 entitled “2021 Year End Permit and Training Report,” be received.

That Report FS-2022-03 entitled "Statement of Remuneration and Expenses Paid in 2021", be received .

That Report LCS-2022-08 entitled “Use of Corporate Resources for Election Purposes Policy,” be received ; And that Policy No. 69 Use of Corporate Resources for Election Purposes, as amended and appended to LCS-2022-08, be approved.

That Report LCS-2022-11 entitled “2022 Tecumseh Election Compliance Audit Committee” be received ; And that the 2022 Tecumseh Election Compliance Audit Committee Terms of Reference, be approved ; And further that a Notice of Call for Applications be advertised for the Tecumseh Election Compliance Audit Committee; And furthermore that applications be considered at the Regular Council Meeting on May 24, 2022.

​ That By-law 2022-015 being a by-law to delegate certain authorities during a Lame Duck Council period during the 2022 Municipal Election; That By-law 2022-016 being a by-law to confirm and appoint certain officers, servants and employees of The Corporation of the Town of Tecumseh; That By-law 2022-017 being a by-law to amend By-law 85-18, the Town's Comprehensive Zoning by-law for those lands in the former Township of Sandwich South. Be given first and second reading.

That By-Law 2022-018 being a by-law to confirm the proceedings of the Tuesday, March 22, 2022, regular meeting of the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Tecumseh be given first, second, third and final reading.
