Town of Tecumseh Business Improvement Area (TOTBIA)

That the TOTBIA lease (to be prepared by Josh Shepley and signed by the Chair and Vice Chair) be renewed at $1,500.00 per month, all inclusive excluding internet, for three years commencing September 1, 2024 be approved .

That the April 17, 2024 minutes of the Town of Tecumseh Business Improvement Area (TOTBIA) as were duplicated and delivered to the members, be adopted .

That all reports as presented to the Board be approved .

That $28,000 plus tax and shipping for 24 large tree planters be approved .

That an additional $2,700.00 to Exponential Solutions Consulting for six videos, three educational and three testimonial, to promote the new Tecumseh Dollars program be approved .

That the Chair and Coordinator are authorized to retain the services of The Job Shoppe in hiring a temporary full-time administrative assistant to cover the office for two months at $20.00 per hour plus agency fees be approved .

That there being no further business, the Tuesday, May 21, 2024 meeting of the Town of Tecumseh Business Improvement Area (TOTBIA) be adjourned at 8:32 pm.
