That CRS-2024-23 Tecumseh Community Hub - Grant Submission be received ; And that Administration be authorized to submit an application to the Green and Inclusive Community Buildings Program, Large Retrofit and New Building project stream for a sport, recreation and community centre building addition to Tecumseh Arena; And further tha t Administration be authorized to submit an application to the Community Sport and Recreation Infrastructure Fund, Stream 2: New Builds/Signature New Builds, for a sport, recreation and community centre building addition to Tecumseh Arena; And further that the Director Financial Services & Chief Financial Officer and the Director Community & Recreation Services be authorized to sign any required documents necessary to complete the applications and the subsequent documentation for the Green and Inclusive Community Buildings Program and the Community Sport and Infrastructure Fund, Stream 2; And further that $24,800 for the preparation of grant applications and documentation be funded from the Infrastructure Reserve.
