That the Regular Minutes of the February 9, 2026 Essex County OPP Detachment Board - North Meeting, as duplicated and delivered to the members , be adopted .

That the supplementary item added to the Essex County OPP Detachment Board - North agenda regarding the OAPSB Spring Discussion Groups and the West Region Detachment Board Symposium, be approved.

That the OPP Reports for the months of February and March 2026, be received.

That the letter from the Ontario Provincial Police regarding OPP record check processing times as appended on the agenda be received ; And that a presentation to be scheduled at a future meeting of the Essex County OPP Detachment Board - North by the Ontario Police Record Check Unit (OPRCU) on the police record check process be approved.

That the Draft Letter of Support regarding Board advocacy for a Provincial Bail Notification Program as appended to the agenda be approved.

That the Communications - For Information items 1 to 6 as listed on the Monday, April 13, 2026 Essex County OPP Detachment Board - North Agenda, be received.

That the start time of meetings of the Essex County OPP Detachment Board North be changed to 10:00am

That there being no further business, the Monday, April 13, 2026 meeting of the Essex County OPP Detachment Board - North adjourn at 10:10 am.
