That Report CRS-2025-10 Maidstone Recreation Centre be received ; And that the demolition of the Maidstone Recreation Centre assembly hall be approved , in accordance with the plans outlined herein; And further that the Municipal Facilities Agreement between the Town and the Maidstone Recreation Centre non-profit corporation be amended for subsequent Council consideration; And further more , that options for the replacement of the Maidstone Recreation Centre assembly hall be brought to Council for direction as part of the 2026 Capital Budget process and pending approval then the project commence as soon as possible thereafter.

That Report DS-2025-20, titled “Castle Gate Towers Inc. – Business Park Subdivision, Development Agreement Amendment, Holding (H) Symbol Removal, Placing of Services on Maintenance and Release of Building Permits” , be received; And that a by-law authorizing the execution of the “Castle Gate Towers Inc.” Development Agreement amendment, satisfactory in form to the Town’s Solicitor, which introduces language establishing that the Town will hold sufficient Performance Security for the construction of gas services for each property in the Castle Gate Towers Inc. Business Park Subdivision, which services will be installed by Enbridge Gas, be adopted ; And further that the execution of such further documents as are called for by the Development Agreement amendment approved above including, but not limited to, the execution of the acknowledgement/direction required to register the Development Agreement amendment on title to the lands and such other acknowledgements/ directions for any related transfers or real property registrations contemplated by the Development Agreement amendment, by the Mayor and Clerk and minor modifications as the Director Development Services may approve as necessary and appropriate upon conferring with the Town’s Solicitor, be authorized ; And further more, t ha t Council authorizes the placement of the municipal services on maintenance and the release of building permits for the Castle Gate Towers Inc.
