That the Planning Report dated February 23, 2026 and the minutes of the regular Committee of Adjustment meeting held on January 26, 2026, added as supplementary items to the regular meeting agenda for the Committee of Adjustment, be approved.

That Application for Minor Variance A-03-26, be approved/denied, subject to: 1. That the existing shed located behind the existing garage will be demolished prior to the issuance of the building permit associated with the proposed accessory structure. 2. That the applicant and/or builder, prior to construction, provide the final site plan drawing to Public Works and Engineering Servies depicting the location of the proposed accessory structure in order to allow the Drainage Superintendent to verify the location of the existing Municipal Drain in relation to the location of the proposed accessory structure.
